Okay, here's the quick and short of this blag (I typoed it as blag and now it remains as blag forever), we need a place to vent and discuss things, I'll try to give those who register on blogger admin rights so they can post their own topics/blags. We really need a place so we can start discussing and planning things in advance. Examples are:
- Yuzuki's School on Tuesday, it kind of came out of left field and we weren't really in the know until raiding day.
- Samoset & Shadow Spec, this caused a ton of unnecessary money spending and confusion about wtf was going on, and it turned into a big mess when it didn't need to be in the first place if we would've talked stuff out.
Those are just two examples, but I find that talking about stuff OUTSIDE the raid when we aren't pressed for time can make things a lot better for all of us. Communication is key so we don't flip out and blow up on each other DURING the raid because we don't talk our problems out. In addition to talking, we can HELP our raid members out and maybe provide suggestions and information to help people get on top of their game. If you see somebody doing something wrong, don't simply say "Sorry, but such and such class sucks." behind their back, give them good advice. Same thing goes for classes who want to respec, give Samoset shadow priest advice, don't say "Sorry, you can't do it, lawl."
Let's work together as a team both in raid and out of raid to keep things being successful. or, as they say on the forums "Less QQ, More PEW PEW."

Well about my Nightschool on tuesday's-
I told Arinelle about it at least 4 or 3 days or so in advanced i think and mentioned it probly two weeks or more ago.
I didn't tell many others because i had already set up my replacement and such so there shouldn't of been much of an issue since our raidleader knew about my replacement and situation~
As for why Perrier did not show up on the second week, i have no idea why, there was some complaining about not being able to do prince even though i said in advanced it was just for the first night and what bosses would probly go down(May have been mis communication) Although he said he'd come for this week also so i dunno what happened and i apologize for him not showing up.
My night schoolwork should be done by tommorow most likely so i should be there next tuesday and soforth. =^.^=
Well that pretty much fixes up a lot of stuff Yuzuki. I think the whole prince argument was more in terms of people aside from Perrier who got IDs when he bailed/went LD after BBW, like Archaeus, and how it'd be unfair to him to not get to do Prince because you'd take his spot (he took Perrier's LD spot) that Friday.
Either way, I think that's a bit of an important topic we should discuss sometime as well, at least in terms of how we want to handle people getting replacements if they can't make it, as well as switching to alts, etc.
As for switching to alts, the one thing i'd have to say is that to at least give an advanced notice and have it discussed here before suddenly doing the switch because that can throw off the night and cause some tension.
As for replacements just let arinelle know asap ether through in game mail or a tell that you wont be there and if you have a replacement for yourself. Makeing sure to tell your replacement who to contact and the start/invite time, if not to as well link them to the crusher raidsite if the raid signup is up.
Eh.. It's 6am morning time since i just woke up again and may be heading back to bed. I think to myself I disappointed raid on when you guys just found another dps replacement.
I cannot help the sickness part earlier, was hoping for it to subside but kept getting worse for the past 15 minutes. Again sorry for leavin' early on raid but I'm not going to let myself suffer with pain. From what I heard from Namo at 1am that everything went good and stuff cept for Iggy's comp fuckin over x.x;
I feel bad on Samo wasting his money on respeccing twice though.. shouldn't been any bitchin' about it. ._.' Off to sleep again I hope ~Ale

Samo is shadow right now and because we kind of have an extra healer when he's around.. maybe he should stay shadow (I looked at his gear the other day and ran an instance with him and it wasn't awful.. he lacks an enchant on his weapon too which would help a lot)
And Perminant healing team should be Ro/Ari/Sylvina?
Just a thought, I love Mo but he keeps disappearing on us without a word.

I think we all get stressed some times. I know the night i knew i might have to bail early upset me because i knew we only run so often. contrary to popular belief i love you all. well just the women.
i have no issue with taking replacements as long as they are quality. Perrier is not quality and we have some quality raiders just not all have quality gear ekim/ that other hunter.
As for samo being shadow by all means, I didnt say he couldnt be shadow. Just from the items that were linked i didnt want to go through what we did with reyox, samoset i consider my friend but bad gear is bad gear, would be like me doing moonkin, Moonkins can tank all i need too but my dps would be lackluster atm :P.
Rl happens and i think thats what people have to remember. afknaira as much as we bug her, if chest pains were really hurting you i dont expect you to stay on. Cause lord knows i wouldnt. Im a hardcore raider but when im well. A headache, bitchiness etc i can deal with. but chest pains that only leads to me jerking off then going to sleep.
that being said when can i bring my rogue ? *grins*. or spec moonkin either work *grins*

One of these days once she has better gear and is keyed I'd like to bring my shaman :o but that's pretty far off in the future.
It sucks that it's harder to replace an OT than it is DPS. That works against you unfortunately.
As for replacements, Archaeus is normally mine & he's been missing as long as Morennyn. :l

As for mo i have no idea what is going on with him...i just think he is bored with the game. Al being sick is a get out of jail free card...you at least tried to come but when you knew you couldn't do it you let us know. As for the mage, he is on vacation at the moment and he let me know about that although either he didn't tell me when he was getting back or i have forgotten. Samo as shadow...that is an odd one...just stay as you are until we figure out what is going on tonight. :D

Archaeus is going to try to make it tonight.. he said he was 75% sure he could fill in for me.. so try to grab him, but if not, pick up Ekim maybe.. I know he's around, I was PvPing with him earlier ;)
