Arinelle's Question

Ok...so why is your guild so uptight? Someone gets singled out, I comment about it and now I'm the bad guy...

Something is wrong with this picture...when you are in a guild you are supposed to stick up for each other, not pick at each other. :(

Arinelle, Ovatha wasn't really picking on Iggy, it was more or less a reminder to him since he's a recently new recruit. The way our guild recruiting policy operates is based upon people putting their own guild membership on the line when recommending people. It makes sure that only the best of the best get recommended and that any possible 'drama llama' stuff can be avoided.

Alenaira & Namoric are wonderful people and a great addition to the Horde and our raids, unfortunately there are just many factors it seems as to why they wouldn't fit in with the Blackfangs, as unfortunate as that is.

Anyhow, sorry if it felt like you turned into the bad guy, but you did kind of call our guild leader 'bitchy' which is kind of rude. I don't think he took any offense to it, but many of our 'family protecting' guild members like Evillaur probably did take offense.

easy solution for this, dont join blackfang. No offence to valkors or rothea. I love you both and know you have alot of friends in the fangs. heck even myself have alot of friends in there, but theres a ton of douche bags too. not more then your average guild but its a guild of drama. It may have died down in recent times .. i dunno but since i can remember was dramasome.

hehe, join NL. same drama but at least you wont be chosen for a raid cause you have a hawt voice or a friend of a friend..

oh yes i said it.

Actually, we've been working super hard to keep the guild drama free, and that's basically what started this drama, lol.

The basic jist is, you put your membership on the line anytime you vouch for somebody, if they get in the guild and they turn out to be a dud/drama causer/whatever, your membership gets re-evaluated. It's basically to dissuade people from inviting people they don't know EXTREMELY well or IRL or whatever. It's a fairly effective way of keeping things drama free.

Most of our major drama causers actually left the guild because they threw hissyfits or whatever.

every person and every guild has drama, really.
