For the remainder of the month I think things are going to be a little iffy with us but it's no need for anybody to blame each other or start flipping out or anything. I don't want people to get worked up if for some reason we DON'T have a Kara raid on a Tuesday/Friday. As far as I know we should be good on Friday, although we do need to find a healer if we don't want to dual heal, so if you know anybody, please tie them down and bring them to our raid.
We've obviously taken a few big hits recently due to Sleyvas and then Iggy's computer problems (Not Iggy's fault, it is Sleyvas' fault though.) So, we're still kind of grasping at strings occasionally, we have Archaeus for sure, so that's a good back-up plan I think. Jalzin is there for us Friday at least, and 90% of my gear upgrades are going to be coming from Karazhan, we just need that tank loot to stop dropping.
For advanced warning, on the 21st Alenaira will be unavailable due to IRL school stuff. I need to recheck my schedule but I MAY not be available on the 28th due to a trip I'm taking to Oregon, which will leave me out of raiding for at least 3 raid days maybe 4 (I'm coming back around September 8th or 9th.) So, our mission is to basically work hard to find healers or do a lot of spec switching around if need be, but we will plan this in ADVANCE.
So, here's the overall game plan for everyone:
- Find an off-tank or extra healer.
- Find additional healers/off-tanks that we can rely on.
- Find a few extra DPSers.
Basically, get out there and tell your trustworthy friends and such and or bribe them into coming to our raid with oral sex.

well... I will be on. I just can't raid that night. I need to sleep that night. I really honestly can't stay up that late and expect to drive at 6am in the mornning and shit.. x_x; Accidents ftl.
Is this a permanent thing from the 21st on or just the 21st?
I honestly think we should change our days so that we aren't raiding on a week night so al can come without any school/parent issues. How does Friday/Sat or Sunday work for everyone?
That is assuming we can get back on our feet again.

Guys.. dont' change this just to have me in. I don't know on how both me getting a job, along with doing 2 online classes along with doing homework from normal school will be doing.
Just depends if I finish school work before raid time. Just August 21st Tuesday night I need the sleep in order to drive to school in the morning. After that just depends if I finish early.
Sorry for double post.. But I could do the raid but.. unless you guys don't mind me stepping out at 10p.m. server time to find a replacement.
Then again.. I wouldn't find that a bit fair to the person taking my place on missing a few bosses that could maybe use upgrades from?
Well, theoretically DPS is easy to replace, so in a worst case situation we can can get you replaced. I actually have a lawl OOMkin that we might be able to get.
Alright I think we should give Mimic a chance to off tank next week. He is a druid that has seen all of kara at least once.
As for school, I was hoping to be able to sign up for classes already, but they messed some stuff up. Therefore I have to wait to make my schedule, which means that I am going to have the most horrible class setup. Also with school and taking my H&R classes I am going to be bogged down, so if we could get a weekend schedule going it would help me out greatly.
